Hazelhurst Residence was designed as a warm, welcoming family home that honors classic Charleston architecture while embracing fresh, modern design. Elevated on a brick foundation, the home greets guests with a generous front porch and custom mahogany doors painted a rich green, setting a distinctive tone before opening into sun-filled interiors with tall ceilings and handcrafted trim.

Inside, an open floor plan creates an easy connection between the gourmet kitchen and the bright living area, where a statement fireplace and custom built-ins add both function and character. French doors extend the living space outdoors to a screened porch, complete with an outdoor kitchen and grill area, and a cozy fireplace overlooking a backyard designed for year-round Lowcountry entertaining. Situated on the golf course offers beautiful open views year round from interior and exterior of the home.

Throughout the home, timeless materials—oak flooring, custom cabinetry, and lime-washed ceilings and beams—merge the southern vernacular with modern design, creating a sophisticated feel.
