Architectural Design Management and Budgeting

 

So many times, clients come to us with hundreds of ideas and pictures, but really do not know how to actually get started with a custom built home. Back in 2000, President Jamison Howard, with a passion for design and a background in Architecture, began a design build program that guides clients through the entire process from conceptual development to finished product. Over the years, this program has helped many clients develop their ideas into a home that is well beyond their expectations, while also making sure that their budget is not exceeded in the process. Through this builder-client-architect collaboration, the process is more efficient, the finished product is ultimately better, and the overall project is properly budgeted to ensure that each client can obtain the products and finishes that make the home uniquely theirs.

 

 

  

Interior Design and Selections Coordination

 

As part of our Custom Building Program, each and every client will work with our in-house Interior Designer Whitney Rietz Eller of Whitney Rietz Designs. Whitney guides clients through the selection process every step of the way. By working exclusively with Max Crosby clients, Whitney is focused and knowledgeable on the status, goals, budgets, and deadlines of each project. She will not only keep you organized, but she will schedule your selection appointments and attend them with you to guide and assist in the decisions that ultimately make a custom home special and unique. 

 

 

  

Construction Management and Quality Assurance

 

Years of experience in new home construction has allowed our company to create a Quality Assurance Plan that outlines a clear, systematic, and reproducible guideline that prevents a deformation of quality in all scopes of work throughout the process. The implementation of this written plan, by experienced Project Managers, ensures that our standards and objectives are being met on each project through clearly defined scopes of work, proper installation of products, and that all specifications and codes are met and/or exceeded. 

This process, coupled with an experienced team and third party inspections, ensures that our clients can trust that processes are being done correctly and safely during the construction of their new home.
