This residence presents a refined blend of traditional Southern architecture with modern design sensibilities. The exterior is clad in painted brick, a choice that strikes a balance between durability and a timeless aesthetic.

The landscaping is restrained yet intentional, with manicured shrubs and strategically placed trees that frame the entry path without overwhelming the architecture. Shutters add a subtle touch of classic charm, reinforcing the home’s Southern vernacular inspiration.

Expansive windows flood the rooms with natural light, accentuating high ceilings and bright finishes. The interiors rely on white and soft neutrals to amplify spaciousness, punctuated by natural wood tones for warmth. Marble and herringbone stone patterns in the bathrooms underscore a commitment to craftsmanship and detail, while fixtures such as polished nickel sconces and elegant mirrors elevate the overall aesthetic.
